Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be made within 14 days of your initial purchase date
- The request applies to your first purchase of a Pro or Premium plan
- Renewals (annual or monthly) are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email us at support@purerankseo.com with your account email and the reason for your request (optional but helps us improve)
- Or use our contact form and select "Refund Request" as the subject

Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your paid plan will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately upon refund approval
- All existing optimizations you've made remain intact — nothing gets undone
- You'll lose access to Pro or Premium features, but your data is always yours
- You can upgrade again at any time if you change your mind
Exceptions
- Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase or renewal date are not eligible
- Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
