1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PureRank SEO website (purerankseo.com) or the PureRank SEO WordPress plugin ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PureRank SEO is an AI-powered WordPress SEO plugin built on 17 years of agency experience and 13,277 completed SEO campaigns. The Service is offered in three tiers:

  • Free — Core on-page SEO analysis with limited features
  • Pro ($99/year) — Complete SEO toolkit with unlimited analysis, rank tracking, integrations, local SEO, WooCommerce SEO, and 22+ features
  • Premium ($99/month) — Everything in Pro plus AI-powered content writing, image SEO, ROI calculator, AI SEO assistant, Google Business Profile integration, review management, and lead tracking

3. Account Registration

To access paid features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Pro is billed annually at $99/year. Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Premium is billed monthly at $99/month. Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will honor the current price until renewal.

5. Refunds & Cancellation

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for full details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your WordPress dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. No contracts, no lock-ins.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or engage in spam
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The PureRank SEO plugin, website, documentation, and all related content are owned by PureRank SEO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on your WordPress site(s) as intended.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile). Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings, or traffic increases. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureRank SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Binding arbitration: Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Delaware or remotely, at the claimant's election. Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs, except that PureRank SEO will reimburse filing fees for claims under $10,000.

Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
